With LCX Nexus, we are developing a platform that is reimagining load carrier management in Europe—digital, transparent, and intelligently connected.

To ensure this vision is experienced as clearly and compellingly as possible, we are looking for a Brand & Digital Designer to help shape our branding and evolve our communication across all channels.

You will work closely with our CCO and our sales team to visually execute marketing and communication initiatives.

Responsibilities

Brand & Design

  • Designing presentations (investor, sales, and internal communications)
  • Developing marketing materials such as brochures, one-pagers, and case studies
  • Creating event and trade fair materials
  • Maintaining and evolving our corporate design
  • Actively shaping and developing our branding
  • Contributing to visual campaigns and brand communication
  • Translating communication ideas and headlines into consistent visual concepts
  • Collaborating on integrated brand and campaign communication across all channels

Digital

  • Designing and evolving our website (Framer)
  • Creating landing pages, sales funnels, and newsletters
  • Developing digital brand assets
  • Creating social media assets in collaboration with our social media team
  • Helping shape and evolve our platform's UX/UI design in collaboration with external partners and the product team

System & Structure

  • Building and maintaining design templates (presentations, social media, marketing materials)
  • Further developing and maintaining our design system
  • Organizing and managing marketing assets
  • Supporting the structuring of design and communication processes

Role objective

You ensure that our platform and brand are perceived as clear, understandable, and compelling.

Requirements

Experience
3–6 years of experience in brand design, marketing design, or communication design

Professional skills

  • Excellent eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with AI tools for media content creation
  • Experience in presentation design
  • Experience with Figma
  • Understanding of digital interfaces and websites

Personal skills

  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Passion for systemic branding and consistent brand management
  • Strong intuition for brand communication, campaigns, and visual storytelling

Nice to have

  • Experience with Framer or Webflow
  • Experience in a B2B environment
  • Motion design, animation, or 3D
  • Hidden talents that enrich our design and marketing team
